Kano makes competitive multiplayer games for adults, and a certain amount of trash talk and baiting is part of the fun. Sometimes, however, other players can get a little too aggressive with their messaging.

If this is happening to you, there are a few ways to get some distance from other players.

Private Messages
Our Private Message system is set up so that players must be connected (mobbed) to write each other messages. Accounts that are not connected can only send "canned" phrases.
If someone's spamming you with canned messages, including Friend Requests, you can mute their Private Messages.

On desktop, you can do this from your inbox by clicking [Block User] below their message.

On mobile, press the ellipsis [...] button and select Mute Player.

If a member of your Mob is sending you messages you'd rather not receive, the best way to stop it is to remove them from your Mob.

Blocking/Reporting on Third Party Sites

If someone's bothering you outside the game chat or private messages, your best bet is to take a look at the tools available on the different networks our games are on. Here are some links that might help.
