If you have a Facebook account attached to your game account, you can use that to log into Server 1 and play on the app by clicking on the “Facebook Connect” icon.
*You do need to be signed in on your Facebook account on that device before using the button.
Likewise, if you are playing on Android you can use Google Play to jump into the game on your Google Account!

However, if you're still having trouble logging into the app, you can use the “Login with Kano Play” button (located at the bottom of the screen) to play on Server 2.
*From here you could also reset your password if needed.
From there you can set a new password and afterwards should be able to login to the app with no problem!
