The best way to submit a ticket to us is from within the game itself:

  1. Open your Settings menu by tapping the little gray gear icon at the bottom right.
  2. Tap the button that says "HELP".
  3. Tap the "CONTACT US" button.

This will open up our support page with various articles (like the one you're reading now) and FAQ about the game.

  1. At the top right, tap the three horizontal lines.
  2. Fill out your Email Address, Subject, and a detailed description of your problem.
  3. Select the reason for contacting us, and please attach any screenshots related to the issue you're writing in about.

Sending a ticket in this way through the game will provide us a lot of information we typically request from players (User ID, device make and model, etc), so it saves both you and us time by reducing back-and-forth communication.
